1. Definitions 

1.1 “GhostQA” refers to the quality assurance software application provided by Mechlin Technologies LLC. 
1.2 “User” or “You” refers to any individual or entity using GhostQA. 
1.3 “Services” refers to the features and functionalities provided by GhostQA, including but not limited to software testing, bug tracking, and reporting. 

2. Use of Services 

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use GhostQA. By using our services, you represent and guarantee that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account Registration: Yes, users can create accounts. To access certain features of GhostQA, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.  
2.3 User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

3. Acceptable Use 

3.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use GhostQA for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: 

• Engaging in any form of cyber-attack or hacking. 

• Distributing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code. 

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations. 

3.2 Content Restrictions: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. User-Generated Content 

4.1 Creation and Uploading: Yes, users can create and/or upload testing files. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload, but by doing so, you grant GhostQA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services. 

4.2 Feedback and Suggestions: Yes, we may implement any feedback or suggestions we receive. By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant GhostQA the right to use such feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you. 

5. Subscription Plans 

5.1 Subscription Plans: Yes, we offer subscription plans for one month free. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. 

5.2 Changes to Fees: GhostQA reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time but will notify you in advance of any fee changes. 

6. Intellectual Property 

6.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with GhostQA are the property of GhostQA Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services for their intended purposes. 

6.2 Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of GhostQA or its content without our prior written consent. 

7. Privacy 

7.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using GhostQA, you consent to such data collection and processing. 

7.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal data. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

8. Termination 

8.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, you must cease all use of GhostQA. 

8.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GhostQA at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions. 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
GhostQA is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
